Our apartments are the perfect place in which to relax and enjoy your holiday, whether it’s with your partner or family. The spacious bedrooms can be equipped with an extra bed or cot, and the underfloor heating is ecologically fuelled with wood pellets.

Rates & terms of payment
Prices include:
- Provision of bed linen, hand towels and bath towels, dishwashing tabs, cleaning products etc.
- Complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel)
- Electricity

Apartment prices are per night, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights and 2 or 4-person occupancy. An extra fee applies for bookings of less than 3 nights.
The supplement for each additional guest is €25 per night.
Prices do not include the local tourist tax, which amounts to €1.75 per night and is levied for every guest from 14 years of age (to be paid on site).
Children’s rates:
0 – 2 years: free
3 – 7 years: €15 per night
8 – 13 years: €20 per night

Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of €200 per week booked.

Cancellation policy
In the case of accommodation bookings, the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of cancellation. However, we allow cancellation under the following conditions:
- Up until 3 months before the date of arrival, we only retain the deposit.
- 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge the booking in full.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (legislative decree 206/2005).
Travel insurance
We recommend securing your booking through travel insurance to avoid incurring fees in the event of cancellation.

Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3 p.m. or earlier, subject to availability and prior agreement. Check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Transfer, public transport and parking
You are welcome to request our complimentary transfer service from Klausen or Brixen train stations. On request and for a fee, we also organise airport transfer. Free parking and a charging station for electric vehicles are available on the grounds.
Breakfast booking app
You can use our app to book your breakfast by 6 p.m. and have it delivered straight from the baker’s shop to your door at around 7:30 the following morning (Sundays and bank holidays excluded).
Dogs
House-trained dogs are welcome to stay at Toni for an extra fee of €20 per night.
Smoking policy
Toni is a non-smoking establishment.
Waste separation
At Toni, we recycle materials such as paper, glass, metal, plastic and organic waste. Please dispose of your waste separately using the designated bins.
Water
Our tap water is safe to drink and of excellent quality.
Charging station
You are welcome to recharge your electric car using our charging station.
